Evidencias psicométricas de la medida de causation y effectuation en emprendedores brasileños

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo adaptar y examinar evidencias psicométricas de la Measure of Causation and Effectuation en el contexto emprendedor brasileño. Se trata de un estudio metodológico, con un enfoque predominantemente cuantitativo, desarrollado en dos etapas: adaptación cultural del instrumento mediante evaluación por expertos y análisis semántico, e investigación de sus propiedades psicométricas en una muestra de 315 emprendedores. Los análisis se realizaron con base en la Teoría Clásica de los Tests y la Teoría de Respuesta al Ítem. La solución bifactorial presentó un ajuste moderado (RMSEA = 0,070; CFI = 0,903; TLI = 0,832), con una fiabilidad compuesta de 0,617 para Formulación y 0,685 para Realización e índices de replicabilidad inferiores al valor recomendado (H < 0,80). En los análisis independientes, la solución unidimensional de Formulación presentó CFI = 0,865 y TLI = 0,730, mientras que la de Realización presentó CFI = 0,948 y TLI = 0,869. Las evidencias de convergencia fueron predominantemente de baja magnitud, con correlaciones que variaron entre −0,28 y 0,43. En conjunto, los resultados evidenciaron limitaciones en la consistencia interna, la unidimensionalidad y la replicabilidad de los factores. Los hallazgos deben interpretarse como evidencias iniciales, indicando que la operacionalización actual de la medida aún presenta limitaciones para representar la complejidad de las lógicas de toma de decisiones emprendedoras y señalando la necesidad de un mayor refinamiento teórico y psicométrico.
