Evidências psicométricas da medida de causation e effectuation em empreendedores brasileiros

Resumo

Este estudo teve como objetivo adaptar e examinar evidências psicométricas da Measure of Causation and Effectuation no contexto empreendedor brasileiro. Trata-se de um estudo metodológico, de abordagem predominantemente quantitativa, desenvolvido em duas etapas: adaptação cultural do instrumento, por meio de avaliação por especialistas e análise semântica, e investigação de suas propriedades psicométricas em uma amostra de 315 empreendedores. As análises foram realizadas com base na Teoria Clássica dos Testes e na Teoria de Resposta ao Item. A solução bifatorial apresentou ajuste moderado (RMSEA = 0,070; CFI = 0,903; TLI = 0,832), com fidedignidade composta de 0,617 para Formulação e 0,685 para Realização e índices de replicabilidade inferiores ao recomendado (H < 0,80). Nas análises independentes, a solução unifatorial de Formulação apresentou CFI = 0,865 e TLI = 0,730, enquanto a de Realização apresentou CFI = 0,948 e TLI = 0,869. As evidências de convergência foram predominantemente de baixa magnitude, com correlações variando de −0,28 a 0,43. Em conjunto, os resultados evidenciaram limitações na consistência interna, na unidimensionalidade e na replicabilidade dos fatores. Os achados devem ser interpretados como evidências iniciais, indicando que a operacionalização atual da medida ainda apresenta limitações para representar a complexidade das lógicas de tomada de decisão empreendedora e apontando para a necessidade de refinamento teórico e psicométrico.
